Forward Fastener Manufacturing Ltd are committed to providing customer satisfaction by offering a cost-effective solution for the ‘Manufacture and Supply of Male Threaded Fasteners’.  We have an integrated approach to quality, health and safety and the environment, seeking continuous improvement in each of these important areas.

We continually strive to improve our service by working closely with both customers and suppliers to ensure that products are processed on time and right first time.

We operate a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and are certified to this standard. Additionally, many practices from Quality Standard ISO/TS 16949 have been adopted for supply of products to the Automotive Industry. If Quality Management Certification is required, please contact us via our website, or by telephone and we will gladly supply them.

We constantly seek opportunities to eliminate potential defects and to improve the business processes.

All staff are aware of the processes operated within the company and are encouraged to provide input to the development and improvement of systems.

Regular review meetings are held with representatives of all departments to facilitate the input from employees at all levels.  Output from these meetings are displayed on the Company notice boards.

The Management of the company establish business objectives which support the implementation of this policy. These objectives are regularly reviewed and revised as necessary with the aim of continual improvement.
